In this Privacy Policy, “we”, “us” and similar terms refer to JBS, our parent company, and our affiliates. “You” refers to the beneficiary of a Warranty and anyone who visits our Site.

When purchasing a Warranty, we will collect the following personal information: Your name, address, telephone number, email address and information about the HVAC equipment under the Warranty, including its manufacturer, model number and serial number. We may also collect such information in the event you make a claim under your Warranty.

We use this information to register, maintain and administer your Warranty, including contacting you in regards to your Warranty and assessing and processing claims under your Warranty.

Where do we process and store your personal information?
